Ayaz Tejani (ACA) Managing Director
Former Managing Director of Leicester Tissue Company (LTC). He identified a gap in the £2bn UK tissue market and consequently founded LTC in 2014. Under his leadership LTC is the most successful startup business in the UK tissue industry and achieved the quickest exit in 2020. The business was operating at £42m turnover and EBITDA of £7m when it was sold to Accrol Group Holdings for £42m. He was responsible for all strategic decisions, commercial aspects, and capital expenditure of the company. He is now enthusiastic to work and invest alongside entrepreneurs. Ayaz qualified as a charted accountant from PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
